Working Principle

The machine operates through a combination of bubble agitation and conveyor transport. A blower injects air into the water-filled tank, creating intense bubbles that rise and generate swirling currents. As materials (like vegetables, fruits, or grains) enter the tank via the inclined conveyor, the turbulent water mechanically rubs against their surfaces, dislodging soil, residues, and contaminants. Cleaned materials are then conveyed out of the tank by the moving belt, while dirty water is collected for filtration or replacement, ensuring a continuous and thorough cleaning cycle.
