Flow
Our integrated machinery supports the entire production chain—from fresh fruit bunch (FFB) reception to refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) palm oil—enabling businesses to meet diverse market demands for cooking oil, margarine, biofuels, and oleochemicals.
We specialize in customizable production lines tailored to varying capacities, from small-scale rural processors handling 1–8 tonnes of FFB per day to large industrial plants processing 60–100 tonnes per hour. Our solutions incorporate key technologies such as automated sterilization, mechanical pressing, centrifugal clarification, and sustainable waste management, ensuring high oil extraction rates (OER ≥23%) and minimal free fatty acid (FFA) development.
By leveraging durable food-grade stainless-steel equipment and smart control systems, we help you achieve optimal yield, product consistency, and operational cost savings. Whether you aim to produce crude palm oil for local markets or refined fractions for export, our machinery guarantees reliability, ease of maintenance, and environmental responsibility. Trust us to deliver turnkey palm oil systems that empower your growth in the competitive global edible oil industry.
1. Harvesting & Transportation
Ripe palm fruit bunches are harvested and transported promptly to the processing site to minimize bruising and FFA buildup. Delays beyond 48 hours can compromise oil quality.
2. Sterilization
Bunches are treated with high-pressure steam (2.5–3.5 bar) to deactivate enzymes, prevent oxidation, and loosen fruits for threshing. This step critical for reducing gum formation and ensuring oil stability.
3. Threshing
Mechanical drum systems separate fruits from the bunch spikelets. Empty bunches are recycled as boiler fuel or fertilizer.
4. Digestion & Pressing
Fruits are mashed in a digester to rupture oil-bearing cells, then pressed via screw presses to extract crude palm oil. Continuous systems maximize yield by breaking unopened cells.
5. Clarification & Purification
Crude oil is passed through centrifuges or settling tanks to remove water, fibers, and impurities. Advanced clarification reduces oil losses to <1.3%.
6. Refining & Fractionation (Optional)
Crude oil is refined through bleaching and deodorization to produce RBD palm oil. Fractionation separates olein (liquid) and stearin (solid) for specialized applications.
7. By-Product Utilization
Kernels are cracked to extract palm kernel oil (PKO); fibers and shells are used as boiler fuel, supporting energy self-sufficiency.
