Flow
Our integrated machinery supports the entire production journey—from raw cassava handling to packaging—enabling businesses to produce premium tapioca flour for gluten-free baking, snacks, sauces, and industrial applications.
We specialize in customizable production lines that adapt to varying capacities, from small-scale local processors to large industrial facilities. Our solutions leverage modern wet-processing technology, which ensures higher yield and superior product quality compared to traditional dry-milling methods. Key technologies include high-efficiency rasping (achieving up to 95% starch extraction), multi-stage filtration, hydrocyclone refining, and rapid flash drying. These processes guarantee minimal nutrient loss, optimal whiteness, and extended shelf life.
By utilizing robust food-grade stainless-steel equipment and smart control systems, we help you achieve operational excellence while reducing energy consumption and waste. Whether you process fresh cassava or dried chips, our machinery delivers consistent results tailored to regional raw material conditions. Trust us to provide turnkey tapioca flour production systems that empower your growth in the competitive global starch market.
1. Raw Material Reception & Cleaning
Fresh cassava roots are inspected, then conveyed through dry sieves and paddle washers to remove soil, stones, and surface impurities.
2. Rasping & Pulp Extraction
Cleaned roots are cut into small pieces and grated using high-speed raspers. This breaks down cell walls to release starch granules into a slurry.
3. Starch Separation & Refining
The slurry is passed through centrifugal sieves to remove fibers, followed by desanders to eliminate sand. A hydrocyclone system then separates soluble proteins and fine impurities.
4. Dewatering & Drying
Refined starch milk is dewatered using a peeler centrifuge or vacuum filter to reduce moisture to ~38%. The cake is instantly dried in a flash dryer at controlled temperatures to preserve quality.
5. Milling & Packaging
Dried starch is milled to achieve uniform fineness (up to 130 mesh), screened, and automatically weighed into bags for storage or distribution.
