2. Peeling Steam or mechanical peeling ensures minimal product loss and prepares potatoes for further processing.

3. Cutting/Slicing Precision equipment cuts potatoes into uniform shapes (e.g., strips for fries, thin slices for chips).

4. Blanching Sliced potatoes are treated with hot water/steam to remove sugars, prevent discoloration, and improve texture.

5. Drying/Coating Moisture is removed; optional batter or SAPP coating is applied for color and crispiness (for fries).

6. Frying/Freezing Products are fried for snacks or IQF-frozen for preservation, with precise temperature control.

7. Packaging Automated weighing, seasoning, and packaging in sterile materials ensure shelf stability and quality.
