Vegetables are placed on the feeding tray and pushed by the adjustable pusher into the cutting chamber. Driven by a high-power motor, the selected blade (slicing, dicing, or shredding) rotates at high speed. As the pusher moves forward, vegetables come into contact with the blade, and the cut pieces fall directly into the collection bin. The cutting size can be adjusted by replacing blades or regulating the blade spacing, enabling customized output (e.g., 2-20mm slices/dices).
