Working Principle

The Crusher operates via a high-speed rotating knife assembly driven by a high-power motor. Raw materials enter through a sealed hopper and are drawn into the cutting chamber. Here, rapidly spinning alloy steel knives shear and impact the material, reducing it into smaller particles. Final particle size is regulated by adjusting the stainless steel screen aperture (ranging from 0.5–12mm), ensuring uniform output. Once crushed, material passes through the screen and exits via the discharge chute, with the entire process controlled for efficiency and consistency.
