Working Principle

Operation relies on high-speed rotation and centrifugal force. Materials enter via a sealed hopper into a chamber where a motor-driven cutter assembly rotates at high velocity, shearing and macerating the feedstock. An adjustable-aperture perforated screen surrounds the cutter; finer particles are forced through the screen by centrifugal action into a collection vessel, while coarse residues are expelled or managed by an internal auger (model-dependent). This process achieves rapid, consistent pulping with minimal residual fiber in the final product.
