Working Principle

Liquids with dissolved gases enter the tank. Under vacuum (maintained by a vacuum pump or steam ejector, typically at -0.095 MPa to -0.1 MPa), the liquid's boiling point drops, causing gases to form bubbles and rise. The vacuum system continuously extracts these gases, while degassed liquid exits via the bottom outlet. Optional spray nozzles or fillers increase surface area for faster degassing; the sealed design ensures stable vacuum levels throughout the process.
