Working Principle

Leveraging UHT sterilization technology, the system rapidly heats liquid products to 135–150°C via direct (steam injection) or indirect (plate heat exchangers) heating within 2–5 seconds—eliminating spoilage-causing microorganisms and enzymes. The product is then instantly cooled to retain quality, with a “regeneration” section using sterile hot product to preheat incoming cold material (recovering up to 80% thermal energy). When paired with aseptic filling, it enables long-shelf-life (LSL) packaging without refrigeration.
