Working Principle

The machine operates via a continuous or step-type process. Products are fed into the packaging unit, where a pre-cut or unrolled film surrounds the item. Longitudinal sealing mechanisms bond the film’s vertical edges, creating a tube. As products move through, transverse sealing units form individual packs by bonding horizontal edges, followed by automatic cutting to separate each pillow pack. Conveyance systems ensure smooth product flow, while film tension controllers maintain wrapping precision.
