Working Principle
The machine operates via a synchronized mechanical and electrical process. Raw materials (loose tea, herbal blends, or granular substances) are loaded into a stainless-steel hopper. A precision metering device dispenses the predetermined quantity of material into the packaging film. The film, fed from a roll, passes through a forming tube to create a continuous tube shape. Vertical sealers maintain the tube’s integrity, while horizontal sealers (driven by cam or servo technology) perform top-and-bottom sealing and cutting to form individual tea bags. A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with a touch screen interface ensures process synchronization and consistency.
