Product Details

Working Principle

This production line works on a continuous flow principle. The raw or pre-treated food (for example, frozen French fries or breaded chicken) is transported into the system through an inlet conveyor. Then, it enters the frying chamber, where the edible oil is heated to a preset temperature, usually ranging from 160°C to 190°C. Driven by a mesh belt, the food moves through the oil for a preset duration, say 2 – 5 minutes for French fries. After the frying process, the food goes into a draining section to get rid of excess oil and finally moves to the packaging area. Meanwhile, the oil circulates through a filtration system to remove impurities, which helps extend the oil's service life and guarantees food safety.
