Product Details

Working Principle

Food items are transported via a mesh belt conveyor into a stainless steel fryer tank filled with heated oil (electric or gas-powered). A PID-controlled digital thermostat maintains oil temperature within ±1°C of the set point, ensuring even frying. Once the preset cycle time is complete, the belt lifts the fried products into a drain zone to remove excess oil before exiting. Optional integrated oil filtration systems purify used oil, reducing waste and operating costs.
