Working Principle

The Mixed Jacketed Kettle operates on the basis of indirect heating technology. Heat transfer media such as steam, hot water, or thermal oil is introduced into the jacket that surrounds the inner pot. Then, the heat is transferred to the material inside the pot through the pot wall. At the same time, the mixing agitator, which can be of anchor, planetary, or paddle type, stirs the material to ensure even heat distribution and complete blending of the components. This design enables efficient thermal processing while preventing direct contact between the heat source and the material, thus ensuring safety and consistency.
