Material is loaded into the inner pot. The jacket surrounding the pot is heated by steam (pressure-controlled), electric heaters, or a gas burner, transferring heat evenly to the inner surface for uniform temperature distribution. An automated control system (PLC or touchscreen-based) regulates heating temperature, stirring speed, and processing time. The stirrer rotates at a preset speed to mix materials thoroughly; for viscous substances, scraper-type stirrers scrape the pot wall to prevent burning. Upon completion, the kettle can tilt automatically to discharge contents (or use a pump for liquid materials), or manual discharge is available.
