Working Principle

The Meat Grinder operates via motor-driven gear transmission, which rotates the mincing knife assembly. Meat blocks are fed into the hopper (via a feeding device or manual pusher) and enter the mincing chamber. The high-speed rotating knife cuts and grinds the meat, forcing it through the selected apertures of the mincing plate (available in sizes like 3mm, 5mm, 8mm for customized textures). The processed meat exits through the outlet. For integrated tasks like sausage stuffing, it can be fitted with a stuffing nozzle and casing attachments.
