The Vacuum Mixer adopts a planetary mixing mechanism. In a sealed stainless steel chamber, a rotor equipped with mixing blades and scrapers carries out rotational and orbital motions at the same time. After the raw materials are loaded and the lid is closed, the vacuum pump evacuates the chamber to form a low-oxygen environment. During operation, the mixing blades blend the ingredients intensively, while the scrapers continuously remove the residue on the chamber walls to ensure uniform consistency. After the mixing is finished, the vacuum is released, and the mixture is discharged through the bottom outlet.
