Working Principle

The Shear Emulsifier operates via a high-speed rotor-stator mechanism. The rotor, driven by a variable-frequency motor, rotates at speeds exceeding 3,000 rpm, generating intense hydraulic shear, turbulence, and cavitation. As material is drawn into the rotor, it is forcefully expelled through precisely engineered stator slots, subjecting particles to extreme mechanical stress. This process reduces particle size, distributes fat globules or solids evenly, and creates stable emulsions or suspensions in a single pass, eliminating batch-to-batch inconsistencies.
