Working Principle

The machine operates via a multi-head filling mechanism. Containers are fed into a turntable or linear track and positioned under the nozzles. Driven by a PLC system, nozzles align with containers (via descent or turntable movement). Liquids are then dispensed through precision valves—either pumped or gravity-fed—with each nozzle filling to a preset weight/volume (monitored by load cells or timed control). Upon completion, nozzles retract, and containers advance to downstream processes (capping, labeling). Sensors detect container presence/liquid levels, ensuring synchronization and triggering alerts for errors (e.g., missing containers).
