Working Principle

The machine operates via vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) technology:

Film is unwound from a reel, passed through a (web guiding) system for alignment, then formed into a tube by a forming tube component.

A precision filling mechanism (e.g., screw feeder or weigh scaler) meters powder from the hopper into the formed tube.

Photoelectric eyes track packaging positions, triggering heat sealing jaws to create top and bottom seals.

The sealed bag is then cut from the film tube and ejected. Throughout the process, a PLC control system synchronizes movements, ensuring continuous, automated packaging.
