Working Principle

The machine operates on a volumetric filling principle with a screw feeder mechanism. Powder is loaded into a stainless steel hopper, then conveyed by a precision-controlled screw to filling nozzles. When bottles (positioned manually or via automated conveyors) align under the nozzles, the controller regulates screw rotation speed/time to dispense a pre-set volume of powder into each bottle. Integrated models include capping units and conveyance systems to form a fully automatic production line, ensuring seamless operation.
