Working Principle

The Bottle Unscrambler operates through a multi-stage process. Bottles from a bulk container (e.g., a tub) enter a controlled-release zone, where mechanical or pneumatic guides gently separate overlapping units. Helical channels or rotating discs then align bottles into a single-file orientation. Sensors detect misaligned bottles (e.g., those on their sides) and either re-route or eject them to maintain uniform flow. The aligned bottles exit via a conveyor synchronized with downstream processes, ensuring continuous, jam-free operation.
